Eaves is an established manufacturing supply partner to many casting companies, and has excellent relationships with such for the Turnkey supply of machined cast products. Typically, castings and forgings are employed to reduce machining cycle time compared to manufacturing the same item from solid billet/bar. However, given the heat treatment process the casting/forging undergoes, a hard surface skin can result on the as-cast product. Eaves has the experience and know-how to economically resolve these issues to ensure the final product is supplied on-time and within budget.
